Dr. Jeannine Forrest has designed an outstanding program Pathways to Excellence in Memory Support to train our Three Crowns’ staff. She has consistently delivered engaging, interactive courses, and her presentations are mixed with just the right amount of humor. This program has truly resonated with our staff, and all of the responses from them have been positive. They now think differently about dementia care, and this education has motivated them to make a difference for our residents. Her passion has been contagious and has empowered them.
